Every program crashes when i try to print
I click print button with the printer selected and the program crashes. In chrome, in adobe, in paint, etc I've uninstalled the printer, reinstalled the printer. I've uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled the drivers. Non stop problem. Restart the computer and log, even if Windows Updates does not specifically so to do so.

Didn't find what you were looking for? Ask the community. Or, you can disable any antivirus software add-ins that are installed in Outlook. How did you uninstall? Try the fix the tool to completely uninstall the office and re-install it.
I don't know if you could solve the issue but if someone like me enters here, this is what i did to solve it. First I tried everything listed here, then i changed the default printer and it stopped crashing. When printing outlook stops responding and closes down.

Thanks, Andy. When trying to print from word after a fresh boot, you can open the print menu and select from various other printers because the trouble printer is not the default. Once you have attempted to print to the konica once and closed - re-opened word, the program will then freeze the second you press the print button - presumably because it has remembered your choice from before and automatically selects the konica which means even the slightest communication to the printer causes the freeze - not just a print request.
The printer is managed from their main server. All other users can use it ok using the same driver. The user has no odd hardware or software, there was some bluetooth manager which i killed in task-manager just in case. Have tried downloading a fresh driver from manufacturer website and installing on server and using that one instead. Please click on start and then click on Control Panel.
Restart the computer. Later re-install the printer drivers and verify if you are able to print. Event viewer doesn't provide any details - just reports program stopped working, faulty package ID but no actual ID provided.
