Library download error

Same issue. New problem as of 2 weeks ago. I have a US library account but am currently in Canada. Is there another to access the library books? Tiffany B. I've seen a few posts about this in the past few days. I'm wondering if you can help me with this issue as well please? I've recently bought a Paperwhite, having used my old Samsung Tab as an eReader for a while. With the Samsung it meant simply downloading an app, but I can't see how to do this or whether some other form of connection is required from the Kindle Paperwhite?

Thank you for reaching out to the Forums for help with your questions about your Kindle Paperwhite. Unfortunately, BorrowBox is not available on the Kindle Paperwhite.

Since BorrowBox uses an all inclusive app to access your borrowed content, and the Kindle does not have app availability, the BorrowBox app will not work on the Kindle. I can see that the BorrowBox application is compatible and available for download on the Amazon Fire tablet.
