Scx 4100 driver windows xp

My current monitor driver default by Windows 7 is generic pnp monitor. I've tried the Vista and XP drivers - both 64 and 32 bit and I'm not allowed to install either. I've also tried the universal samsung print driver to no avail. I was on the Samsungs offical site to get USB drivers for my mobile so my Windows 7 Build could see my phone and I would bea ble to get photos off it and all that. I did have the program of running it at first, but I did run the installation in compatability mode to bypass this error.

And it isntalled perfectly, but despite it being installed properly my mobile still isn't found. Just installed Windows 7 Pro 64bit today big mistake. Placing the CD with the drivers on it does nothing. It shows up in the BIOS. I can not install essential programs of mine. I need to get this fixed quickly or else I will have to revert back to Vista And no, Samsung does not list the drivers on their website. Typical since they are a shit company.
